Martina returns to the Family Circle Cup, a tournament she won four times... |
| 04-15 | Martina is scheduled to play together with Russian
Elena Likhovtseva. Waiting to know the names of their first round
opponents, we learn that the tournament created a "...pet
friendly environment where players are allowed to bring their
dogs to the site and have them taken care of while they are at
work". Also, this place was named after Martina, and from
this year on it will remain the “Martina’s Puppy Park.”

| 04-16 | Through the tournament official website Martina
is asking for our help in naming her new puppy, a 3-month-old
female Boston Terrier! The contest will close on Thursday, April
18th at 5:00 p.m. (EST). |
| 04-17 | Unfortunately, Martina and Elena lost 1-6 4-6 their
first round match to Silvia Farina-Elia and Asa Carlsson. |
| 04-19 | Martina received hundreds of suggestions for her
new puppy's name... she finally chose to call her Madison: so,
welcome, Madison! |
