Just a few weeks before Wimbledon, Martina was in action in mixed doubles at the Liverbird Developments Liverpool International Tennis Tournament, a grass court tournament which features some mixed doubles exhibition matches as well. She played and won both her two matches, paired with Jan-Michael Gambill and with Robert Kendrick. Also, she kept the occasion to visit the Reds Museum at Anfield and see the Champions League trophy, just won by the Liverpool football team which defeated the AC Milan in the European Cup finals...
